Account Name: watchthatman
Hi,
A few days ago my account watchthatman received a ban without any info as to why. Earlier today I received a letter from support saying the ban was due to talking about illegal substances on the platform and since this was the first time I had been reported for that I would be unbanned if I replied saying I understood. I replied acknowledging the reason for the ban and gave my word I wouldn't engage in conversation about illegal substances on the platform again and my account was restored. About 20 minutes later I went to add tokens to my account using a card in my name, the card I always used, and I was immediately re-banned. I believe this must have been a mistake and while the account was unbanned the card associated with the account somehow wasn't, like it was somehow missed in the unbanning process. Whatever the case, my account that I was told had it's suspension lifted was banned again as soon as I purchased tokens (the purchase went through, then banned). Any help getting my account and card both unbanned in a swift manner would be greatly appreciated!
