The actor who played the Colonel in Avatar (the guy who killed the tree), Stephen Lang is in town today. He's doing his one man play about Medal of Honor winners called Beyond Glory at the theater here on campus tonight. So he gave an hour talk today at noon for a small group.
He's a very interesting person who's done a lot of projects involving military and history. I got to ask him the last question of the day; "How annoyed were you when they cancelled Terra Nova?' Yeah, that was bad, but like he said if he was still doing that he wouldn't have been able to be involved in Avatar 2, 3, and 4. Imdb only lists 2 and 3 in production, but he mentioned being involved in a 4th as well. So there, you heard it here first.
