Hello @punker barbie my cb account has been banned for some months now, I reached out to customer support and they said they have reason to believe that I assisted a permanently banned individual in circumventing their ban, I explained that I didn't know the model I was working with was previously banned as she withheld that information from me and I have never violated their rules and I would never, I worked with her innocently with the aim of getting more viewers and earning more income,.I've pleaded severally that they understand my situation and and unban my account and promise that no such thing would happen in future cause I'll be extra careful but unfortunately I didn't get any help.
