My Chaturbate account was banned during my stream. I briefly bent down to pick up my earbuds, and it may have looked like I was inactive.
Right after that, I got an error and realized my account was banned. I can still log in, but I cannot access my profile or withdraw my earnings. I also haven’t received any email explaining the reason.

Please help me understand what happened and if this can be reviewed.

I have not received any email in chaturbate regarding my account banned.
My AirPods accidentally fell, and I looked down , i did not take long while fixing them near the camera. After that, I was suddenly unable to continue streaming. I did not violate any rules and always follow your guidelines.
I believe this may be a misunderstanding and kindly request a review of my account. I would really appreciate any update.
