Hello @punker barbie,I was at a studio under username Blair _havoc I created my independent account under username bella_shay and it got banned I messaged support but haven't received any response yet I don't really know the reason behind the ban I hope to get help soon thank you.

Because once you're banned (blair_havoc)... YOU are banned. Creating additional accounts (bella_shay) in order to circumvent a suspension is also against the rules. Fix the problem with the initial suspension (blair_havoc) before compounding the issue with additional problems (bella_shay).

Thanks for the response but my account in the studio was not banned I left the studio and started my independent account under a different name and my independent account is the one that got banned and I haven't received the response from support on why it was banned.

Thanks for the response,so before I left the studio my account was not banned I left and opened and independent account under a different name from the studio I wasn't trying to evade a ban because the studio account was just fine without a ban.The independent account I open was banned and i also found out today that the studio account was also banned too. hoping to get help and my studio account unbanned and deactivate so I just remain with my independent account which is also banned at the moment .I don't have email access to the studio account and I would really appreciate my account being restored because I depend on it,thank you.

Hello @ punker barbie, thanks for your help I got my first response from support and apparently the reason for my ban is because it was believed that I permitted another person to use my identity to attempt age verification.despite the claim I didn't not allow anyone to do this and if they did it happen without my knowledge and permission.
I fully respect charturbate's rules and it wasn't me that violated the terms,I did not authorize this action and it's a case of identity theft or a result of being hacked.
I would like to respectfully appeal the ban on my account and restoration if possible.i also don't mind opening a new account and completing age verification process through any means possible to prove my identity.i messaged support and informed them that I didn't not permit to the fraudulent activity still waiting for their response.
