Banned due to wig 😭

I’m reaching out to kindly ask for your help, I recently migrated to the site and my account (Littlewix) was banned on Chaturbate, I think, it might be because of my wigs... I do my lives solo, don't show my face and I use different type of wigs.
I uploaded my ID and received an email back saying: "...Please ensure every person that actively broadcasts on your account submits their age verification to the...".
I text back explaining that it's only me broadcasting but I didn't had return, the next day my account was banned. I really apologize if I did something wrong.
I'm so excited to work on the plataform, would really appreciate your help!

Okay, it's almost a week and still no response... Isn't there any waiting limit period?

My account on CB still banned, anyone know how long does it takes to receive any response back? It's already a week and nothing... My account still banned, they didn't send me notification of ban, response of my questions, nothing... It's taking so long I think they'll never give my account back! It's so sad bc I did nothing wrong, I just use a wig... It's so frustrating that they don't give any support for models, just email that never got answered, I'm really thinking on give up on this and go to another site, I've never had so little support on models sites, for real, it's so frustrating... I'm glad I didn't make a lot of money there bc It seems like I would never see it again... Girls who want to join CB, know that it's better you never get on any problems or misunderstanding there bc you'll not have any support...

Waiting for a week or more is not uncommon, you should try to read some of the multitude of other pleas.

They permanent ban me saying I "submitted documentation that indicates that I created my account, in serious violation of the Chaturbate Terms" , what's does that mean??? I just sended an copy of my original ID, I still think it's because of the wig... Idk because it doesn't make sense, what I did wrong?? I'm so sad, I don't do age fetish/ role play, nothing like that! I'm 24, just me broadcasting, I used my real ID, I don't understand what happened, what I did wrong?? I created my account when I was 18 and that's legal, Plss help mee @punker barbie I don't understand, that's not fair

When were you told that you are permanently banned? I just visited your page, and I would not be able to do that if you are permanently banned, then I would just get a page saying 'This room is banned from Chaturbate' or something like that.

That makes sense, I didn't know that multiple messages would slow the response like that, btw I didn't had good response or explanation about my case... I'm very sad about it

Thats my page!! But they send me this email today like two hours ago, saying I got permanently banned (sorry for the bad English I'm very anxious right now) idk if it's only avaliable for me to take out the money or something like that, only temporary... I really didn't understand

And my reading of it and what you wrote here is that they have a strong indication that your account was created before you were 18, in your own words:

No I made 18 on day 8 I created the accont on day 21 to 23, day 24 was my first live.... that's why I don't understand the case, I just write it wrong bc I'm anxious... But I created my account when I was already 18...

I think we need to help OP focus here so they can get their (apparently not very big) payout from CB before they're unable to.

I got permanently banned

Please make sure you follow their instructions with your payout information so you can receive your money.

Then, find another way to make your paychecks because it's clear CB is done with you.

I was so stuppid, I created the account on August that year and leave it as stand by (no posts, no interactions) bc I knew I was gonna start brodcast the next month, on like September 20 to 23 I sended my ID and got approved, on September 23 of 2019 was my first live, bc I created my profile before my birth, I got banned now on 2026 uploading my ID again... I did the account like one month before I got 18 to make it faster and know the site, so stupid I didn't even remember about that... That's sad but ok I was a little too excited about start, all my fault... By the way thanks for everyone who reply and tried to help I'll look at SM now

I'm glad you have the physical evidence to prove their case isn't false. Please, as Amber said, upload your info as soon as possible to be paid out or if the money doesn't mean that much to you, let it go. I wish you success elsewhere.

I'm glad you realized what happened. Sorry it isn't working out as you hoped. Make sure to follow their instruction if you'd like payment, then outside of that explore other sites to pursue your cam modeling.

Thanks! I really didn't remembered about that... I'm glad they respond me back and even let the chance of get the money back after all (even if it's little), I was too precipitated saying they would never respond me back, so emberessing...
I loved the time I worked at the site btw, good work for everyone!
