I've got a few...
Caprica 6 (multiple variations/characters). She struggled with the whole Cylon/human/terrorist/humanitarian side to the story that was being told. Oh yeah, and she's fucking hot!!
Starbuck (and we are talking about the new series, not the 80's version. haha). Her whole "I'm a colonial fighter, oh wait, maybe I'm a Cylon", "oh wait, maybe I'm here to lead humanity to freedom" conflict.
Boomer (same new series disclaimer). She's fucking Grace Park afterall.
Cavil (token guy). Dean Stockwell is just awesome in most of his roles....and he is just plain evil in this one.
