Bitcoin Wallet suddenly no longer accepted, no payout after new payment info with new wallet

Hi @punker barbie,

a friend got notified by support that your payment processor could no longer (for unknown reasons) pay out to her bitcoin wallet, and support asked her to submit new payout info with a new wallet address, which she did. Ticket no. is 22228336. She requested a daily payout as advised, but has received neither a payout nor an update on her ticket or follow-up email. What's the issue there, why's the payout not being processed with the new wallet address? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
