cashed tokens out but haven’t received email or payment

i cashed out my tokens on 9/13/26 and again on 9/15/26 before the pay period ended. it’s now Friday 9/18/26 and i haven’t received any email or notification regarding my payment going through and when i will receive it. the weekend is coming up and i’m not sure what’s going on. please help. thank you.
