Hello, I recently received an account warning (with my appeal denied) for using the following office background in a green screen on CB: office-01.jpg
I was told I'm not allowed to broadcast from a "public-appearing" location despite it being a green screen with no other people in it. Since public-appearing locations are allowed with owner consent and no other people around, I do not understand why a green screen of a public-appearing location broadcasting from my bedroom is not allowed. So, I am trying to figure out if I am allowed to use other green screen backgrounds in my streams, or if they are completely banned. I was told that @punker barbie you might be able to help with me getting clarity on if I can use other backgrounds? I have contacted the email support, but I am hoping to get a response in time for my shows this weekend if that is at all possible. Here are the other backgrounds I wish to use:

With the doctor background, I plan to role play as a doctor. I will tell my viewers that I am not a real doctor, that it is role play, that I am not offering any real medical advice. I will be clear that it is all fake and role play. My outfit will consist of a business suit with a stethoscope. Can you please confirm if this is permitted?

Thank you in advance for any clarification you guys may be able to provide. I appreciate your time.

You can't role play as a doctor. You can't wear uniforms of any kind at any time for any reason, period. You can't broadcast locker rooms or stadium stands either. At no time are you allowed to appear as if you are in a public place where other people may intrude on the situation.

None of this will be approved.

Thank you for your response <3 I'm just confused on this, because the terms do allow you to broadcast from a public place. So I don't understand why you can broadcast from an actual public place (with property owner consent and no people around), but you seemingly cannot broadcast in a private place with a green screen of a public-appearing place where there is absolutely no risk of anyone else showing up in your stream.

I will still wait for official confirmation from CB Support to clarify some of the more vague language in their TOS and ask them follow-up questions, but it just doesn't make sense to me. Especially since SC has approved all of these images, as well as doc role play, it's strange to me that CB would just outright forbid all of it.

Chaturbate and Stripchat are two different animals. SC is based in Greece and CB is an US company.

The people broadcasting in public on CB have taken 360 degree pictures to prove the camming space is secluded enough no one can see the cammer performing.

If you must use green screen because you are not proud of your cam room space then you need to purchase an image of an apartment or home from Shutterstock and use that as a background.

Be aware that people will figure it out and call you on it. It's the main reason I stopped using it -- people were constantly trying to break the 4th wall and it was irritating to me.

It seems like you have read the Terms, and what you are inquiering about is how to interpret them, but for those that reads this and does not know the Terms:
  1. Independent Broadcasters may not broadcast from any public place, or from a studio or set that creates the impression that the Independent Broadcaster is in a public place. This prohibition includes, by way of example only, public areas such as beaches, hiking trails, changing rooms, or public restrooms. Independent Broadcasters may not broadcast from public or public appearing locations unless they are on private property with the owner's consent, and in an area not visible from any neighboring property. Independent Broadcasters may be required to provide documentation or images to demonstrate that a public appearing location is not actually public.
BTW this line is your stumbling block:
...or from a studio or set that creates the impression that the Independent Broadcaster is in a public place.
