Hello, dear Chaturbate Support team, @punkerbarbie

I am having trouble completing age verification. My partner and I had successfully verified our ages previously. The issue arose a few months ago when my international passport expired. Unfortunately, obtaining a new one quickly is difficult due to long queues.

Is it possible to complete age verification using my domestic passport?
It is a primary document—since the international passport is issued based on it—and it contains:
- my date of birth
- my photo
- my ID number
- the expiration date (when I turn 45)

Is it an international passport or an internal passport?

I don't think CB accepts Russian internal passports or Russian drivers licences as ID anymore

I think it is only the international passport that they accept as ID.

I could be wrong but that is the only thing I can think of for not accepting the ID

I'm not sure that this is true, but it may as well be, as you're definitely not the only one experiencing this problem.

In any case, you need to contact support directly using the support form in the site, or by sending an email to support@chaturbate.com. They're the only ones who can actually answer your question.
