Chaturbate doesnt approve my account for being Venezuelan.

It has something to do with being from Venezuela so that my chaturbate account is not approved, I have been trying to validate my accounts for more than 20 days: kentsroxx and pokeashchewaka,
I have uploaded documents such as, driver's license, passport and identity card and none of them works for me, they ask me for another document but which one they want.
