For over two weeks now, Chaturbate has repeatedly canceled and returned my payout via Sepa stating that my bank is rejecting the transfer. However, I have personally confirmed with my bank that they have never received any incoming transfer attempts, so there was nothing for them to reject.
Unfortunately, I am not receiving any clear explanation from Chaturbate regarding the exact reason why the payment is being canceled, what specifically is causing the issue. All responses so far have been generic and unhelpful.
I would be extremely grateful for any insight or guidance you could provide on how to resolve this
