Back in March I had someone using fraudulent tokens in my room, and that had also happened again several months before that. I was not aware they were doing this, as I'm used to people tipping larger amounts in my room.
Chaturbate removed my ability to get daily payouts after this, which is a feature I majorly rely on. Originally I asked when and if it would be reinstated, they told me to check back in a few weeks. I've checked back a few times and I get the same automated response. It's now been almost 6 months, and I'm hoping to have this feature enabled again.
Is there any way to speak to someone and get clarification on when and if I can have access to daily payouts again? I understand the "fraud" violations, and that's the reasoning, but I did nothing wrong in this situation and have been very mindful of reporting harmful users.
Any information or update would be appreciated!
