Chaturbate does this thing when you're buying tokens where it defaults to the purchase of 4050 tokens. So if you try to buy 100 tokens, and for whatever reason your payment method fails, when you return to the payment page, don't think that your 100 token selection remains. Rather, it defaults to 4050 tokens, even though the user experience is one that allows you to think you're still in the same payment session, if that makes sense.
This happened to me the other night. The following day, I wrote support for a refund. They replied within minutes, granting my request. While they said the refund would take up to 7 days, I don't think it took more than 7 minutes.
