Hello @punker barbie and amber l was asking for help with my payout of $1120 which l made on 30th of september from chartubate and l have not received my check till now and l ussually receive it within 2days .help me follow up coz chartubate is not replying to my email

Did you make sure to fill out the new profile info they added?

L ussually get my check witgin 2 days and and l did a withdrawal on wenesday so l expected the money on friday evening so that why it keeping me worried l have logged in ti the new payout meshod and withdrawn with then on the 1-15 payout weekend it labed as default payout

It can take up to 7 business days so no need to get worried yet. What has happened before with payments does not mean it will always be the same. Also don't forget that yesterday and today are not business days so CB does not count them as such.

Because they have been asking everyone for updated payment info it may take longer than usual as well
