Still waiting for my payment by ach that was supposed to be sent in my US bank account on the 23 of October maximum as they said for payments of the tokens exchanged between 1st and 15th of October!
The support did not sent me nothing about something bad and did not answered me yet!!!
I did received the payment before late too!
I begin to be bored of that support team!
