Docs taking forever to verify

Hello. I have tried the site's document analysis multiple times. The first two were rather quick, but got rejected, because my passport is expired (hey, it still proves I'm well over 18). I tried again, with my ID card. The problem is that the camera SC requires us to use is grainy, poor quality, and you can't make out a name, let alone have a successful facial verification. After a couple of attempts it prompts me to upload, which is way better, but it simply won't allow me to add multiple files (back of ID).

I have two requests that are 3 or 4 days old pending plus two emails and no solution thus far.

Please assist.
