Expired invoice but payment sent

Hi, i just purchased tokens with BTC and due to the platform i used got delayed the invoice expired yet the payment was sent, i have the hash and all but the tokens wont credit.

Already did, received a mail saying they are working to assist me, guess that's an automatic response, I've answered over the same email with the hash payment and the expired invoice link, will i be able to get my tokens? I really don't know how does it work on the end of a crypto payment, i guess they received the payment anyway but with no trace of who did it and that's why it doesn't impact on my account.

Don't send them more emails as this may further delay their answer. They should get back to you, be patient, this could take several days.

Okay, yeah i saw that thread after that, my bad, still, do you think i will get my tokens? i mean, the money was sent.

I think you will, but that's just me. You'll have to wait for their answer. As I understand it, they'll have to corroborate that the funds entered their account and match the transaction, but this is done manually so takes time.
