Expired invoice but payment sent

Hi, i just purchased tokens with BTC and due to the platform i used got delayed the invoice expired yet the payment was sent, i have the hash and all but the tokens wont credit.

Already did, received a mail saying they are working to assist me, guess that's an automatic response, I've answered over the same email with the hash payment and the expired invoice link, will i be able to get my tokens? I really don't know how does it work on the end of a crypto payment, i guess they received the payment anyway but with no trace of who did it and that's why it doesn't impact on my account.
