I know I can't do anything and the model has to do it herself (but I will mention her name was juliewilsons) but this is just fucking insulting that this is still allowed to go on!

New girl doing nothing wrong, doing her goals but because she's not talking a couple of cunt grey users r repeatedly accusing her of being a video and saying they're reporting her and telling others to report her too, despite me and several others repeatedly claiming that she's not. Yet within 15 mins of first grey user accusing she's banned, the second most popular girl in the hour just earned a few thousand tokens for cb, banned because some cunts who dont don't spend money and never got over that their mother wouldn't fuck them, wanted to get her banned.

Is cb really that understaffed that they can't have someone check a room, rewind and fast forward through footage for a couple of minutes to see that some people r just sadist misogynistic trolls? They have to rely on bots and the word of a couple of guys who don't contribute to the sites revenue?

It's fucking insulting to the models and to the tippers!

The first link was just over a month ago; Apr 27, 2023. I don't know what CB's AI verification system is exactly, but it sounds like it just does face matching on the application. I would be really really surprised if they ran facial identification in real time. If they do then their AI sucks. Unless it is Google, Microsoft, or OpenAI ($10B in funding from Microsoft) then any AI talk is mostly marketing by the sales people.
If you had read the thread instead of just cherry picking it and posting it here you'd see the following in the first paragraph:

"I have working with chaterbate from 2017 untill mid 2020 due to me have a child one day my child glimpsed in the camara and the write me a email with no heart tell me they terminated my account I write support and beg them that working with them is my only source off income"

They came back 3 years later asking for an overturn on the ban.

Yep, I missed that. My apologies.

I still wouldn't trust their AI though 😉
Here's what I mean by this. There is only one person registered to broadcast on my account. If anyone else suddenly appeared in frame, I would be immediately kicked and banned and told to verify that person. If that person happened to be underage I would not be able to verify that person and the ban would be converted to a permanent ban.

Every time I hit "broadcast yourself" I am greeted by a very ugly screen with my verification picture on it and a statement that says, "Only this person is allowed to broadcast on this account." I have to hit dismiss to acknowledge I understand this. Then they let me loose on the site, so to speak.

A little out of topic. Last time I didnt click report button but sent email to cb support about violet user who was coming to my room and wanted me to play song for kids. He said that he got many bans already (probably ffrom girls), then he was saying weird and provocative things like woman putting cucumbers to pussy etc. But this kids song made me banned him and wrote to support. They wrote they will check and take action after review. His account still exist. So im hardly to believe that somebody could just report without reason and account was banned. Also i know that they are checking reports not instanytly but it can take even few days so i dont think that if those guys reported her, but im not specialist

I have reported accounts via email where they deemed the behavior acceptable.

Let's be honest, the "report as underage" option shouldn't even exist. If a user is able to broadcast after going through the insane verification process no one should be able to take that away from them. However, I do think a "Chat Violates TOS" should be an option. But no one ever listens to us about this stuff, so meh.
Given the fact that they let people broadcast without verifying (which imo they shouldnt) there is a need for report as underage imo....but the fix is simple, stop non verified people broadcasting and then the buttons not needed anymore 😂

Created a brand new account in the last thirty seconds, hit broadcast yourself, and got hit with this. So no, they don't allow people to broadcast without verifying. They do allow people to broadcast without earning tokens.

I wonder when that changed, glad they did finally change it though, so yep no reason left to have underage as a report option.

I'm sure it was streamlined into the process of the new verification system and I thank you for following the discussion to get to the conclusion that there is no need for an underage report option at this point. Now, the question is how do we get them to remove it? Because it really is damaging to a model. When I was reported as underage (which is fucking laughable as a 42 year old woman) it took me 9 days to get my account back. They credit me an average of what they thought I would have earned but my trust was shattered. I still get nervous and it's been almost 7 years since that ban.

They allow ,no idea who and when can , but sometimes i see several "exhibitionist" accounts. When i was trying to check i saw the same as you, but they are exhibitionist but dont know how it works with them

All that means is they haven't submitted their payment info for earning tokens.

I believe buying tokens with a credit card is all the age verification you need to be an exhibitionist. Maybe I have been grandfathered in, but I have never been age verified and I can broadcast myself without any scary warnings. Although, I think when they made those changes (end of 2020 according to the above article) I had to click a button to agree that I wasn't underage. I've also never seen any verification requirement to use C2C, presumably because to use it implies you've bought tokens.

There is only one person registered to broadcast on my account. If anyone else suddenly appeared in frame, I would be immediately kicked and banned and told to verify that person.
It would be great if it was true, and I will take your word, but I've seen some things that make me skeptical, i.e. a model live streaming from a bar/restaurant. I don't know how she didn't get banned for that, but there were a ton of people in the background that I am pretty sure were not age verified and listed on the account. That would have been early 2022, so after the new age verification system was in place. Hopefully they are constantly updating the process though.

However, I think the most shocking thing I've learned so far from this thread is that CB paid your average earning for the nine days you were falsely banned! I thought CB would just reply with something like, "Opps, sorry for the mistake. Sucks to be you." At least they made some small attempt to make things right.

Oh shit. I was "erroneusly" banned during stream at 30th october. After 2 hours they got back my account and apologized for error. From this time i have trauma- its already may but im still few times per day checking if my account is not banned. 7 years and you still nervous. Looks like it will stay with me also for a while....

There are days where I will log in every hour on the hour if someone the night before gave me creeper vibes before I banned them. People ask me why I stay and it's because of the interface and I know what it takes to be successful there so it's like a weird security blanket.

Yeah thanks I was about to post that she's been unbanned.
Still doing the goals, still not a recording.
She was #4 on the front page when I checked and she has a mod, tip menu and is interacting with viewers. It looks like she is doing the initial things needed to become successful as a model.

That applies to new and recently-created accounts, but I can broadcast on an account that was opened in late 2020 without being verified.
You do have to accept the conditions around broadcasting on every occasion though, which includes confirming you are of legal age.
IMO CB should only apply the ability to report underage broadcasters to an unveriified account.

I have another account thats 8 years old that I use for checking my stream and that needs to be verified before I can broadcast on it (same screen Vixxen81 showed in the screen shot). So it's not just new accounts. That account has never bought tokens, so maybe having bought tokens is enough verification for them?

That's interesting, given there are other ways to buy tokens than having a credit card, so just having a non-grey username doesn't necessarily prove you're legally an adult.

I mean it could just be if the account has bought tokens on a credit card that pre-verifies it, but that's the only difference I can think of that would be on those accounts. Still a shit way to verify someone is actually old enough to broadcast though imo.
