I have tried various ways to delete my old account—which was created while I was working at a studio, so I don't have access to the original email or phone number—but although I am told the account "CharlotteSmithFrock" has been cancelled and I should follow the steps for a new one, the system says my ID is a duplicate when I try to verify it, implying the old account is still active. I don't know how to resolve this. I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you for your time.
