If my daughter, or son for that matter, was to be involved in the porn industry I would prefer to know, not for kinky, insect reasons but so as to offer support in what is otherwise considered a not very nice industry. Not only that but if she has nothing to hide then the threats of, I know where you live and who your parents are, do ______ or I will tell, etc would be empty threats and life would be that much easier for them.
