help verifying two steps, I lost my phone and I can not access the chatrbate because I can not receive code to enter, I used google authenticator, I already contacted the site but I did not have answers.

Sharley, please help me. An studio can close my new account if is for an independent model? I just want to quit from working with them and they said will be bann my dates, to close all my account(doesn't matter if little_pornstar isn't a studio account. ... I just want to quit from them and i asked nice if they can transfer followers ..... Isn't correct to lose all my work for that. What i did wrong? And i have tokens on new independent account...
