here we go again... new hours MUST be glitched!

My username is ollythegreat. So, since the last time I lost some of my new hours, I started taking screenshots before/after stream to make sure it didn't happen again (i am a very forgetful person, so I'm lucky i even noticed the first time). Lo and behold, it has happened again! Here are the screenshots of before and after. I lost 22ish hours.

I hope I'm not being annoying! I don't even think I'll be able to use all of the hours in the time I have left! Just wanna make sure someone knows it's happening so it can get solved permanently. It would totally suck if this was sapping the hours from new models without them noticing!

When using obs that's the only way to do it there's no stop button on CB when using OBS....well perhaps generating a new stream key might do it, never tried it mid broadcast.

I think I might have the answer...Are you using OBS? And if you are did you click the 'End stream' button in OBS?

The first set of screenshots show that you lost 22 hours and 2 minutes, the interval between the 2 stream was about 22 hours.

The second set of screenshots show that you lost 40 hours and 9 minutes (minus the duration of the stream), according to @cbhours your stream on Saturday ended at 8.54 AM UTC (14h6m left of Saturday), your next stream ended at 1.06 AM UTC Monday. 14h6m + 24h + 1h6m = 40 hours and 12 minutes

Basically your stream is still running if you do not end it in OBS, as well as on CB, and I think this is the explanation.

I definitely hit the end stream button! I record too, so I hit the end stream button first, then i end the recording! So I know for sure I did. Thank you anyways!

@punker barbie I haven't recieved a response from support yet about my new hours, and my username still needs to be changed! Here's a screenshot from CB stats showing that I literally have not streamed anywhere close to 40 hours. I would soooo appreciate it if you could get my ticket seen so that I can get back to streaming They said they can't change my username while I'm live so I've been staying offline in the hopes that they find a moment to get it done!

I wish more streaming sites that offered RTMP would try to make this more obvious to its models. I think there are a lot of bans that happen because it isn't common sense to the average cam model, so they don't realize they are still being "filmed" essentially and broadcasted to at least the site server, if not the entire public cam room until they physically hit that OBS button to stop it.

That's so real!! Definitely a shame. I can confirm that I was not live while "offline," due to a couple stat websites showing I have not streamed anywhere near 40 hours these past two weeks. Plus I make DOUBLE sure to hit that end stream button on OBS bc I'm hella paranoid about that kind of stuff. I hope whatever this glitch is that's plaguing me gets fixed soon! I set up my OBS broadcast exactly the way i was supposed to :/ no problems on my end whatsoever other than the new hour glitch. Thanks for your response Amber!

Yes, I am well aware. I was a bit frazzled. I also know that chaturbate support probably has an official way to see how many hours I've streamed, so attaching the most perfect screenshot that unequivocally proves my point wasn't really my first priority. Regardless, it's pretty easy to look up and see that I'm not lying, and I have streamed for a total of 21 hours and 54 minutes.

Username is now fixed but new hours are totally wiped! It was at 10 days before I've now lost a couple days waiting for it to be fixed, so maybe I could get a couple days back too?
