High OBS resolution but still not get HD tag,what can I do?

then on the main obs screen select your video capture device and click the settings button like this:
and show us the properties screen which will show resulution, fps, video format, etc

here it is, also its lagging too 10 second
so whenever I say something took a while for customer to get my message
The bitrate has to be above 5000 iirc for 1080p. Also there is always a delay between models and users.
