How do you put a cd track onto an Android tablet with a Mac?

Rip the songs on to your mac, download a program called "android file transfer". Install said program.
Then plug your tablet into your mac via USB, and drag and drop the songs you would like on your Mac to the music folder on your tablet.

You can also use OneDrive, Google Drive, or some other cloud storage option to transfer them.
