There is no help. Only the computer answering machine works, not a real person. When will there be good technical support instead of a robot? I can't change my email address using my phone number, seriously? What is this nonsense and chaos? I have money and a lot of information accumulated over the years in my account. For all the time you've been trying to help me, I've only received responses from the robot-autopilot. Whether I've been using your assistance or trying to resolve the issue on my own, I've only received responses from the robot-autopilot. I'm already tired. At this point, I want to CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS on the xxxasuxxx account using any method, such as "PHONE NUMBER" or "EMAIL", or something similar. Why is TECH SUPPORT POWERLESS IN THESE BASIC MOMENTS?? Damn it, when will this stop, because I'm angry about the wasted waiting time, as it's already been 2 months. I'm sorry. BUT the support service is a ANSWERING MACHINE ROBOT. It's not a human, and they're not helping as much as they used to. I have confirmed absolutely all my "payments", my mail, my number, two-step password and all the protection... Write the SAME, and the result is ZERO! Understand me correctly, when will it stop??? --- OR ARE YOU ALSO A ROBOT ANSWERINGMACHINE!? ---- I don't know who to believe. I've been told that only you can help me, but it's been the same for two months. 🤬 🤬 🤬

Where were you a month ago, so smart, could have helped, since everything is so easy and simple for you!!! I did screenshots, sent all the information and did what was required of me, passing various checks, but the same absolutely was without results. I've been trying to help for a month, and it is suspicious, as if the robot-answering machine is responding to me on this site and in technical support. You are the only one who answered me like a human, and not like a robot. If I were in your shoes, I'm sure I'd be just as frustrated. If I hadn't been so persistent, I wouldn't have received any help. However, today, my issue has finally been resolved, and I would like to express my gratitude to @punkerbarbie for their patience and assistance. We have successfully defeated the robotic auto-responders. After two months of torment, I am relieved to see that everything has turned out well.

I replied into your previous thread too. Perhaps you missed it, or perhaps you chose to deal with the random CSR agents from CB instead of the experienced models here. FYI, the punker barbie account is used by different individuals for notification purposes only.

After two months of torment, I am relieved to see that everything has turned out well.
