I was Banned and haven’t heard back from support.

I was on the site, thought i should get some more tokens, remembered I had $100 in my venmo account, so i used a different card than the one on file. Immidiately after my purchase was successful, I was banned, and I have never heard back from support as to why; i dont know what i did to be banned, maybe saying i was going to get 1000 more tokens and the model thought i was scamming? Not sure, would love to have my account reactivated if possible; thanks again. @punker barbie
