Legal name and last name change

Hey there dear @AmberCutie and @punker barbie . I’m hoping to get your advice and help here. The thing is I’ve been working on Chaturbate since 2021, but in 2023 I officially have changed my legal name and last name. I have the documents confirming it like my name certificate, old passport scan and new passport scan. So now I have an account registered on my old passport on which I didn’t change document to the new one and just kept broadcasting. And a while ago I registered a new account on my new passport to stream as a couple with my boyfriend. I successfully passed verification on it with my new passport and I don’t use my old account anymore for streaming (it’s not banned) . But now I’m worrying that it might cause problems because of using different documents with the same person. Chaturbate is my main site for work and I really love it. That’s why I would like to sort the situation out before something bad happened, I’m afraid to get blocked. What should I do? Do I have to connect the support and provide them the information about I changed my passport or just add my new one to my old account as well? Please help best regards

I didn’t contact the support yet. I’ve read all related threads here from people with similar issue who have officially changed their legal name or last name got banned their accounts after they contacted the support service and followed the instructions to pass verification again with their new passport but as they done it the system automatically immediately banned them by the reason that the information in their documents was considered different, despite both their documents were real and legal. So they just got blocked without a chance to contact support again to explain the situation and provide all the documents proving that their name change was absolutely clear and legal procedure in their country.
That’s why I didn’t contact support yet and have no ticket number so far. I’m just hoping to get an advice here first from you or people who have ever been in the similar situation. Thank you
