When I first started camming I did public cum shows. I very quickly realized that was not the cam girl I wanted to be. I stopped doing toys and what not in chat. My cam score was 550. After I stopped doing public shows things started going better for me. I have been on MFC for 7 months now and have drug my cam score from 550 to just over 4k! Without fucking myself in public! My countdowns to public shows consist of naked dancing, oil rub downs, showers and baths! of course I'll show the goods and maybe give a lil spread. I highly enjoy privates and groups! But here is a little secret that is not so secret about me... I never stop moving! The only time you will see me laying down or sitting is while I'm fucking myself in private or group, or just got out of a private or group and need to breath a minute. My theory is why would someone want to tip a girl who is just sitting there in her cloths not doing anything unless there is some huge pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow? Truth is there is a large handful of girls who would not survive without public cum shows because they don't do anything else that is interesting! I'm sorry! I know it sounds mean but it's true! I may not be some huge deal on MFC but I'm well known enough. I don't want to be top 20, just successful and I have done that without breaking the rules. Just proof that it's possible.

Cheers! Very well said! I agree 100%. I can totally relate to not laying around. I try to sit still and it never happens. Im dancing, jumping around or bouncing on my exercise ball. Who wants to see some expressionless girl laying on a bed? Jolene raising your camscore that much is a huge inspiration! I cant wait for the day my camscore hits the 4k mark...iz so close bb.
Aww thank you Sia! You are awesome and I just love perving on you! And vice versa ;)

How can they expect to be taken seriously if they never enforce said rules. This is the rule breakdown:
In Public/Free Chat...
You can chat, talk, dance, have fun, etc.
Even full nudity is OK if it is done in a tasteful, beautiful way.
NO masturbation, penetration, using sexual toys or devices, cunnilingus, or other Hardcore sexually explicit activity.
Forbidden Things
The following things, actual or implied, are absolutely forbidden on this website at any time and for any reason, in both private and public chat.
Most of them constitute Zero-Tolerance violations which means you will be banned the first time it happens.
And even if your account is re-instated, you will LOSE THE TOKENS that you earned by breaking the rules so there is absolutely no point to breaking these rules.
Men on camera for any reason. Men should not even be in the same room as you!
Sexual relations with men, even off-camera.
Minors, children, babies; may not be on camera or in the same room.
Unauthorized persons (persons for whom we do not have proper name and ID on file.)
Bestiality, or animals/pets on camera in a sexual or provocative context.
Urination or defecation, "going to the bathroom", vomiting.
Breastfeeding or lactation.
Menstrual bleeding.
Illegal drugs, or drugs that may be perceived as illegal in other locations. (e.g. Medicinal marijuana)
Excessive consumption of alcohol or other legal or prescribed medicines or narcotics.
Sleeping or "passing out".
Incest (sexual relations involving family members).
Penetration of the vagina or anus with items not meant for sexual stimulation (e.g. bottles, baseball bats).
Illegal or unsafe activity of any kind.
Violence, blood, torture, pain, erotic asphyxiation, or any actions associated with bringing harm to yourself in any way.
Discussing or arranging prostitution or escort services.
Actions that may be deemed obscene in your community.
As you can see, the rules are there, but not truly enforced. If they want models to follow rules, they need to step up their game and actually do something to all of the rulebreakers, not just the ones that aren't in the top 20. "Nuf" said.

I think the rules are there for MFC's defense in case anything legal arises they can cover themselves...doesn't mean they enforce them though.

How do you define tasteful, beautiful nudity as opposed to other nudity lol.

No frikkin' idea. Nudity is nudity, no matter what. These rules are made for whoever they decide to enforce them on. As far as legal issues go, I would say that even with the rules put in place, and still being broken, but not enforced, they would have a lesser chance of winning in court. Yes they have rules, but if somebody took a photo of a girl clearly breaking rules, and they did nothing about it, wouldn't that constitute a substantiated finding in a lawsuit?

^^^Exactly!

Leo has been quoted as wanting no rules at all so of course they are relaxed about enforcement. I would love if it was just full on no rules debauchery, rather than "fake" rules.

I agree, however, if the rules aren't truly being enforced, I think the person who filed a lawsuit might have a chance of winning in court.

But who would sue them? And for what exactly?

They'd argue that with hundreds, or even a thousand live cams going on at once it's practically impossible to police every infraction, and that models must be held accountable for anything illegal.

An angry parent, a premium, dunno...... But people file lawsuits every day, even stupid ones, so u never know.

MFC has been set up as a service provider...a middle-man if you like...between the model and member. This gives them limited responsibility over what goes on.

They set the rules, and enforce them at least sometimes, but they are specifically NOT categorized as a producer of content (the model is).

Essentially it's like saying Skype could be sued if someone showed something illegal on a cam to another person - no, the liability rests with the person committing the offence (and possibly with the viewer too)

When McDonalds was sued over coffee being hot... everything became fair game.

MFC is a company. I think it's completely fine for them to selectively enforce rules. They are here to make money. When they witness rule breaking, they weigh out liability vs. worth of said rulebreaker. A top 20 model is financially worth more risk to them than a girl on page 3. Maybe it's not "fair", but we're all adults on an adult site. We should be able to look at things in a clear light and stop whining.

How MFC polices their site is up to them because the liability is on their shoulders. What a model does is up to her because her actions are on her shoulders. Simple as that. :twocents-02cents:

McDonalds was sued over coffee being excessively hot, that is it was too hot and more likely to cause burn injuries than coffee served at other establishments. Granted while that statement is technically wrong, it is still different from just saying it was hot. It was also a jury trial in which the jury decided that McDonalds WAS at fault. Even though the woman ONLY wanted her medical expenses covered, the jury went a little crazy (two whole days worth of coffee sales as punitive damage) and the judge brought it back in line. The care was appealed and settled out of court. I think if more people understood the actual case we would see a lot less similar lawsuits, although most similar lawsuits get thrown out of court before even getting to the trial, others determined as frivolous make the loser pay.

I know that people sue for really stupid stuff, so I get that. What I was trying to determine was what BegForMercy thought this person/company would be sued for specifically. She seemed to be irked with the model/MFC and I was very curious as to the validity of her claims.

Carry on. :-D

Not enforcing rules, ,selectively banning models based on how much money they make, but having proof that someone else else did the same thing and did not get punished for it, ripping members off, my boyfriend lost a bunch of tokens one time when MFC crashed, yet again. People file lawsuits everyday, whether it is frivolous or actual reasons to file one. I had someone say that they were going to sue me once, because they didn't like a comment that I made. People are stupid, as long as there's money, there will be useless lawsuits filed. You never know what can happen in today's greedy society.

I agree with most of what you have said, and yes frivolous lawsuits are abundant.

This is how I see it, MFC does and will continue to arbitrarily enforce the rules. It is very true top MFC models will not likely be banned or fined for penetration in public and a girl on page 3 will. MFC is a business and they will carry on that business as they see fit, money is the bottom line.

A top model makes a lot of money doing a public show and will continue to do so considering she continues to make the money. <<Bottom line.

So I say the best way to counteract this is to change what works for YOU. Because dollars to donuts you will never be able to get MFC to change their ways and you will never get that model to either.

Moral of the story is, you do you and let them do them.

Random but relevant thought...

what if

what determines who gets fined is: "who caused Leo to have to pay someone off not to sue?"

?

(broken up to aide understanding, since I got confused when rereading it and I'm the author :p )

That's an interesting theory actually.

I'm a bit confused about the Skype thing -- how many of you ladies do Skype shows? Is there any sort of "risk" involved of being banned from the site if you agree to it?

I receive several requests per day for Skype for tokens... I started taking note of exactly how many/how much I was turning away, and realised I was turning away sometimes a total of 3000 - 4000 tokens for this (500 tokens for 15 minutes, another offered me 1100 for an hour, etc) -- but they never became private shows, or even tips.

Is this some kind of way members can scam you, or is this legitimate and something that other models "really do" (as the members claim).

Technically you can get in trouble for offering skype shows on MFC... TECHNICALLY! I wouldn't worry about it too much. I don't do skype shows because they either want you for less money or want you to do something creepy. That is what I've gotten from it. Plus I cam SO much I would have to cut into my personal time to do it.
Everyone I've asked why they want it instead of a private said "I just don't like the time limit" In other words "I want to pay less for more" I'm not ok with that personally. I think the raffling skype is a fun idea though.

Sooo much this! I have been getting so many Skype offers recently and it's craaazzy. I was even insulted tonight when I turned one down, lol.

Maybe it's just because I'm newer, but in my experience 90% of skype requests go nowhere. They say they'll tip, they'll do this, do that, but it seems they only want to talk about what I might do for them in skype and never actually DO it.

Not all models do that, but a high number of them do and MFC turns a blind eye to it.

I have done a few Skype shows, but I mostly book them for after I finish on MFC, if they don't pay the tokens before I go they don't get me on Skype, but I've never had a problem since I am usually ready for a good hard cum and doing it on Skype means one lucky guy gets an extended show and we're all happy
Although I do have the problem getting some to understand that they don't get a 500 token private on MFC and then a free Skype show, but you have to give them credit for trying!

60*15 = 900
60*60 = 3600

So in essence, 15 mins for 500 tokens you lose 400 tokens, and an hour for 1100 tokens you lose 2500 tokens.

So new proof Leo doesnt care what anyone does in public chat.. I seen him in a room with girls breaking the rules a couple days ago.
Yes it was AdminLeo. He even commented a few times. One to "Tip a Mercedes Benz", and a few others to inform everyone that Violet and Aspen broke the record for most people in a room at one time. They were doing a 69 show at the time. He watched the whole thing till about 20 minutes after they had already went into group for strap on fun.
They were clearly breaking the rules, everyone saw him there including the girls, he just doesnt care.

If anyone was gonna sue him having some screen shots of that would definitely be some good evidence of him unenforcing things.
