She "created" a "company" called MM Investments Co. Ltd which she claims is a thai registered company. And it has various sub companies such as CamWorxxx which will be her webcam studio, real estate investments and art studio and a marketing company among a few others.

She was valuing the company at $5,000,000,and selling 20% of the company in .5% share incrments of $25,000 a piece. She didn't have a website for the investment company only a tumblr blog. Which she makes this claim "7.5% guaranteed interest / Profit sharing / 5 year buy back and my projected return on investment within 2 years !"

On Oct 11th 2012 she makes the claim that the company will have a projected 30-50% yearly ROI.

https://twitter.com/MilaMilanxxx/status ... 5088694272

On Oct 10th 2012 she makes the claim that if you invest $500 to buy .01% of the company you will make up to $3,000 in 5 years and see your share value jump to as high as $10,000.

https://twitter.com/MilaMilanxxx/status ... 8764213248

On Oct 7th 2012 she admits to porn being illegal to export out of thailand, but since only 30% of her company is not based in Thailand and 95% of the adult part is not in Thailand, she is not breaking the law. Although how can so much be outside of Thailand when Camworxxx is going to have 100 webcam models like she claims.

QbJnl9.jpg

I did some research and found out that MM investments is neither trademarked nor a registered company. And none of the sub companies are registered or trademarked. Not even MilaMilan is trademarked although she claims that it is.

So far she has gotten $575,000 in investments which I doubt will ever be returned.
If she's running a ponzi scheme, then I have no qualms about her being arrested on charges relating to that. Or anyone for that matter. But the Thai government is selectively enforcing their laws, bad laws at that. And being that I'm a cam model myself (and mother) I felt the need to speak up about this.

The law is still the law, whether we agree with the law or not. We've all probably broken the law by driving over the speed limit, but haven't all gotten a speeding ticket.

But we all have Human Rights endowed to us by our creator. Just because a right isn't stated in a constitution or law, doesn't mean it's still not your right where ever you happen to be in the world. YOU are the only one who can protect your rights. No law written on a piece of paper is going to do that. And yes, I believe that providing sex shows from the privacy of your home, to other consenting adults is a right.
You know, prostitution defined in the California Penal Code is 'any lewd act for money or other consideration.' "Lewd'' is defined as the touching of male genitalia and buttocks and female genitalia, breasts and buttocks for the purpose of sexual gratification or arousal . That means that just touching your breasts, buttocks or genitals and he gets aroused- and he is giving you money or other consideration, you have technically broken the law. The law doesn't say that you have to touch his body or he has to touch yours in order for it to be illegal.
And the definition of prostitution is written pretty similar like this for most all the other states in the USA as well. Getting arrested for cam modeling can happen to any one of us. So we are really not that different than Mila when it comes to respecting the laws where we live regarding our job.

But just to be clear, I don't provide shows of a sexual nature for money! I am compensated for my time ONLY! Anything that may or may not happen while I'm on cam is not solicited for money. LOL

I just contacted an investigative journalist about Mila's possible scam. He is one of the big guys for alternative news in SouthEast Asia that some people from another forum mentioned.

Don't you have anything better to do with your time than to 'research' a model and contact journalists? Seems like a giant waste of time to me.

Selective enforcement of laws by Thai government -- Many MFC models should be thankful that MFC selectively enforces their rules. I've known a few models who have been banned for doing things in public chat that a hundred models are probably doing in public chat as I type this.

Its not prostitution as your not doing it in a public place.
Being in a "public place" has nothing to do with it. Where did you get the idea that the act has to be in a "public place" for it to be considered to be prostitution?

I am not prostituting because I don't get paid for sexual acts, only for my time.
But the right for any adult to choose to prostitute if they want to should not be made illegal in the first place.

Read it again...

647. Every person who commits any of the following acts is guilty of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor:
(a) Who solicits anyone to engage in or who engages in lewd or dissolute conduct in any public place or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.
(b) Who solicits or who agrees to engage in or who engages in any act of prostitution. A person agrees to engage in an act of prostitution when, with specific intent to so engage, he or she manifests an acceptance of an offer or solicitation to so engage, regardless of whether the offer or solicitation was made by a person who also possessed the specific intent to engage in prostitution. No agreement to engage in an act of prostitution shall constitute a violation of this subdivision unless some act, in addition to the agreement, is done within this state in furtherance of the commission of an act of prostitution by the person agreeing to engage in that
act. As used in this subdivision, "prostitution" includes any lewd act between persons for money or other consideration.
(d) Who loiters in or about any toilet open to the public for the purpose of engaging in or soliciting any lewd or lascivious or any unlawful act.

HOLY MOTHER FUCKING SHIT!!!!!

1. Vlad, please just shut up. Seriously dude. Unless you are discussing Mila getting busted live on cam for being a porn goddess in Thailand you are OFF TOPIC and taking up valuable post space. You I fear are going in a very unhealthy and unrelated direction and just kind of need to zip it. I am aware I have no say in whether or not someone shuts up but please shut up. kthxbai

2. In regards to mister opinionated tattoo hater Douchey McCanoeshy face. Your misogynistic view point set aside, this is not the "misogynistic opinions of women's bodies" thread. This is the "holy poop Mila got arrested by meany Thai faces live on cam omg craziest cam thing ever" thread... I bet if you had posted in thread dedicated to stating personal preferences about womans bodies no one would have cared, because you were ASKED! Nope! Instead you decided to find and already off topic discussion about breast implants and taxes, weight in with your distaste for them and add and 100% unrelated opinion about tattoos!

Do I give a fuck about your opinion of my physical appearance? FUUUUUCK NO! Yes I'm arrogant! I'll admit it! If you don't respect me as a human being than your money isn't good enough for me. Truth. But I don't call it arrogance, I call it self respect. You should be proud we have such strong women on the internet who can be sex workers and still say no if someone doesn't show some respect.

But bottom line, holy fucking off topic, nobody asked you, stfu!

And now I've contributed... carry on. I hope Mila is out and able to start the process of rebuilding her life and family.

Edit: I posted earlier from my phone while waiting at the Wal-Mart pharmacy but my phone ate it. Lucky, because I was much meaner while surrounded by Wal-Mart people.

Mila and her 2 co-defendants were NOT arrested for " Web Camming " but for the production of pornographic material and are you aware that the possession of vibrators and dildos is illegal in Thailand ? http://www.erotictoytown.com/illegal-trade-of-sex-toys.html http://www.phuketgazette.net/archives/articles/2012/article16557.html
Let's not get confused with what laws the US, UK, Germany etc have, those laws are not applicable in Thailand.

So coremilan says someone complained about the fund thing and it was removed ? Proof ?
Well it was for someone " to help with moving " not exactly the truth as we all know fully well.
She has been released ? I guess this is from coremilan too ? Proof ?
If she was released why was the need to raise funds in above subject ?

I'm not bashing coremilan he's clearly a good friend but what with this Investment thing and MFC closing the accounts of all Thai models things look more deeper than we know.

That's an arrogant attitude to have about the people who pay your 6 figure salary (or 5 figure salary if you aren't one of the popular models). If it weren't for us, you wouldn't have any salary. I suggest you start caring a tiny bit about "what you guys think".

For one, the people who dislike what I do to my body dont pay my "salary".

Two, a few people who buy videos or take me private every so often certainly don't pay my "salary". Sure, they contribute, but thinking the little you might contribute pays my bills is whats arrogant.

"If it weren't for us, you wouldn't have a salary" How arrogant of YOU to think we have no other means of being paid. We cam because we WANT to, not because we have to.

And lets not act like were just getting money throw at us. You guys (assuming youre not a freeloader) pay for a service and get something in return for that money.

Do I care what my tippers think? Yes and no. Do I care if they like the quality of my content and the services they pay me for? YES. Do I give half of a fuck if they dont like what I do to my body? Hell no. If they dont like it then they can go find one of the thousands of other models. Will I miss them if I genuinely enjoyed their company? Of course, but were not going to be everyones cup of tea. People move on, no biggie.

Wether we care about our regulars or not, you ARE dispensable. Thats a fact honey, not arrogance. For every paying costomer that leaves, theres ten more waiting in line.

Yes I care about my guys, we develop friendships and relationships. But if they decide to comment negatively on what I do to MY body, I still wont care. Have your opinion, I dont have to give a shit about it.

Now, I suggest you go make a thread about this instead of derailing this one if you feel so strongly about talking about it.

Fuck that, I just tipped you offline.

OK I'm no longer defending Mila, I am defending the right of all of us, to be able to have sex with anyone we want, any way we want (being that it's only with other consenting adults); and to be able to own vibrators, dlidos, butt plugs, anal beads, ball gags, whips, pocket pussies, strap-ons, anal hooks, spreading bars, nipple clamps, sex swings, fuck machines, and all other sex toys, no matter where you live. I am also bashing the Thai government for their violation of basic human rights with their fucked up laws, and also for their hypocrisy as well as their selective enforcement.
Not to mention the deplorable and corrupt prison system.

If you think Thailand is bad PokerBabe you will love Dubai.

I had a offer to work there. I was not married but had a long time fiance.

1. Most affection we could show in public. Hold hands.
2. As unmarried not allowed to live under the same roof.
3. As unmarried not allowed sexual contact.

That's just 3 Law's of Dubai that I could have broken had we decided to move there.
Law's of a country are made by the people of that land and even if you don't agree with them that is the Law. Period
Human rights has been turned on it's head over the years for crap like not getting a play station whilst in prison serving time for rape.
Did I feel my human rights had been violated ? No

As I've stated before. That's another country I won't step foot in. I know a guy that got a job in the petroleum industry over there. He was offered a million dollar bonus if he stayed on the job two years. He quit and got out of the country after 6 months. No thank you.

Most large tippers don't ask for anything in return from the model. Maybe your room is different. If for every paying customer that leaves, there are 10 more waiting in line, what are those 10 others waiting for? I wasn't aware of any limit on the number of people allowed into a model's room. Get over yourself.

Places like Dubai and Abu Dhabi fascinate me. They're separated by less than 120km of road and yet culturally, they're quite diverse. Did you know that in Dubai, the locals don't watch The Flintstones. And yet, Abu Dhabi do...

Not sure how true this is for all models. I know plenty of studio models that don't like camming but still have to do it to get through school. Tons of models can't get a job for whatever reason and camming is their only option. You might have other means to get money but for some models camming is the only way to support their families.

Most profitable ;) Let's face it, we all can have other jobs, but camming has more perks, from working your own hours to earning more money, to ban & mute people that are obnoxious.

Maybe for American models but thousands of women in other countries aren't as lucky. Plus I've seen American models here say that they couldn't find any job besides camming.

Oh come now, that is not even close to being the same thing. You really mean to tell me, that you equate a rapist in prison, mad about not having video games, and saying his rights are violated; to me saying that laws that dictate what consenting adults can and can't do with their own bodies, as being a violation a person's rights???
Here's what happened, Mila didn't pay off the right people. Didn't matter if what she was doing was legal or not. She failed to line the right pockets of the Thai gov and they made an example out of her. Yes, she got herself into this situation. I'm not saying she doesn't hold any responsibility here. She made a mistake that had devastating consequences. But it's still unjust of the Thai gov, or any gov for that matter.

The problem wasn't with the ability for consenting adults to do what they wanted. The problem was charging others to view it. That's the illegal part.

I think it could be an argument... Sure, the Thai government was within their rights in arresting Mila. She violated a law that she knew about. But I think what poker babe is saying is that we should defend our rights to our bodies and that camming should be allowed. In fact, I think that Mila's resistance to abiding the law (her other speculated misdeeds aside) could be seen as fighting for the right to do as she pleases with her body so long as it's not harming anyone. When she gets out she'll probably brush the accusations of explotations under the rug and say that she was doing it to draw attention to women's rights and stuff like that.

If a country passed a law that mandated execution of the weak or unhealthy then human rights activists would be at that country's throat. You wouldn't tell a cancer patient they couldn't live/work/visit there. You would fight the law.

Webcamming is allowed in Thailand, but porn is not.

Webcamming is being on cam, it can mean your doing nudity and or porn, or staying clothed and just talking to people.

Is this for real? Like, do people really do these mental gymnastics to convince themselves something is right? Gotta add that if you have the willpower to respect other countries cultures, Dubai is the shit.
