Just a point of reason in these posts. Let's not forget that the only information we have so far is what the police have put out there in a propaganda style press conference designed to further [most likely] a political agenda.

you've obviously never read foreign news papers. this kind of thing happens every day and is reported on all over the world. you're just here because you're actually familiar with one of the individuals involved. this kind of action reporting is the way it happens in thailland. just be thankful they have a table full of toys, of which you could probably identify 30 of, to keep the mood festive.

I do not know Mila - but I have watched the press video - read all the press articles (which are all pretty much the same) - and read every post on this thread.

It is clear to me Mila has made a number of enemies along her way being a camgirl. This saddens me because I believe as we grow our network of friends should grow with us.

I see her situation like this. It is clear she knew that type of work/business is illegal in Thailand. She and her business partners have only proved they are prone to lying by denying knowledge it is illegal there. In a country like Thailand this is like taking a brandishing iron and stamping LIAR across your forehead.

If the press report is correct and crystal methamphetamine was really found at their compound - combined with them testing positive in the presumptive drugs tests - this will only further damage their situation. Considering they clearly lied about their knowledge of the work being illegal there – I believe the Thai authorities will feel they are lying about that too.

The comments I’ve read about her being a bad mother – It matters not that Mila is a sex worker - I am sure there are many mothers who are sex workers. I am sure most if not all of them are devoted loving parents who put their children’s welfare at the top of their priorities.

Is Mila a bad mother? - I am not a mother - so it is unfair for me to make judgement – maybe some mothers here will voice their opinions. I am a father though and I would not knowingly allow my children to be raised in a country where the circumstances could jeopardise their welfare. And I certainly would not allow my children to be raised by their mother if I knew she was using crystal methamphetamine.

I hope Mila has family who can take charge of the children and look after them until she is either released from jail or deported. Unfortunately they are the only true innocents in all of this.

Life - you make your choices - you take your chances

oh don't kid yourself. this place is the disneyland of "ladies restrooms." more gossip goes on here in a day than any 20 talks shows on u.s. t.v. If you've ever watched the server information for this site, which is public information, you'd know this place is visited more times, in a month, that disneyland is, in a year.

'Never made my way through a university level textbook.' This actually brought tears to my eyes from the laughter.

Oh, one suggestion for future put downs. Calling someone you don't know a homo right away like that only shows yourself to be weak of will and intellect. It diminishes your persuasive power with the reader since the first argument of yours they read shows them you haven't anything intelligent to say. Just a thought. :twocents-02cents:

Let's not forget that part of the reason Thailand has such draconian laws is that it's an outraged reaction from the Thais over decades of western sex-tourism and child abuse/pornography. Extreme reaction? Perhaps, but imagine how angry you might feel if foreigners were constantly coming into your country to rape children.

Thailand has never been colonized- therefore, they can't blame their problems on the evil westerners.

If westerners (or anyone else) came there for "sex tourism" it's only because the Thais were open for business. Westerners didn't force Thailand to become a sex playground.

Clearly, Thailand is STILL happy to have all that sex business and the foreign money it brings, because if it weren't, the cops would not be doing their "I see nothing" act as they walk down streets that have a hooker density of about 10,000 per block.

The intrigue started with Mila announcing the BOOK. Next was sister Julia(?) Rose (the lawyer one) making big Romanian news for a gov't tax audit. posting.php?mode=reply&f=15&t=12619&sid=c5206a82ed6248bd33f8bafd35f90f42#
Fast forward to the birth of the Twins and the BOOK about to be published. The LBC (little boys club a.k.a. the skulduggery gang) are not about to cut off cash-flow lines, nor do they want bad press. Police vs BOOK is a no brainier; get the cops to do what is needed to put Mila in a hard place and make a deal.
Hopefully and most likely we will hear of some deal being made (details unknown as usual) for them to be kicked out of the country and lost in space. The is headed for oblivion with the LBC sighing in relief and all goes on just the way it was.
Things are not always as they appear to be; and being SOUL in a rented human suit, we are all inter-connected doing the best we can to be all that we can. MILA did, does and will do so with her new family and HOPEFULLY closure on another case of skulduggery at work.
Learn from the negative stuff and WORK-BE the positive for all the right reasons.
Namaste MILA Namaste
I would still really like to know wtf this means ^

WHAT part don't you get; or understand ?

is very sad whats happened to Mila :(

But the same thing happened with another model a few weeks ago too ... JessyRose. She was arrested too because of cam model.

http://www.cancan.ro/showbiz/showbiz-in ... ochat.html

I hope Mila go out and return for the twins.

THIS just gets weirder for the MILA family... JuliaRose the lawyer sister was busted for GOVT tax audit in the fall... most likely to send a warning to MILA about the BOOK; now i see (thanks to ?? new at this cannot see the name in here) that JessyRose is being hit for PORN; in ROMANIA... what a joke as it is one of their biggest income streams; sort of like BC Bud rakes in 3-4 billion $ for the British Columbia grossnationalproduct...

Yep i said it before and say it again; SKULDUGGERY at it's best and we are all watching it live; just like watching that govt debates on Cable; you know something is full of shit but it is so entertaining you can't stop watching;
in this case we simply have the Mila family et al facing off with the LBC (of which they are willingly or not a part of)...

Namaste to them all and MAY THE TRUTH COME OUT FASTER than it does for any gov't crap

After reading through and catching up....I'm starting to second-guess myself.. the first post I made, I believe was respectful and had the honest good intentions of just voicing my thoughts and opinions.. I hope nobody thinks that I just crept out of the woodwork to partake in the drama...I have many times wanted to post in various other threads over the last year..but my posts tend to get way too verbose..and so they never make it past the "preview and edit"stage.
Though I did do some speculating of my own, it was all done in a non-malicious & non-gossip way... I hope that's the way it came through.
Anyway, bear with me
I think both sides are missing something..

On the one side - I believe we have ALL done something(s) that we maybe shouldn't have, that we regret, that we wish we would have thought through a bit better, that was so out of character.. maybe even things that were illegal. If you think you have never ever done anything wrong then you are either in denial or perfect (and if you think you are the latter..then I hate to break it to you, but you are the former!)
I already mentioned drugs in the first post and since it's not confirmed at all who was using or not, I'll just stick to the camming aspect in this post. While I fully agree that it was irresponsible to be living/operating a porn studio in a country where there are harsh penalties for this..and that she should have maybe considered the potential consequences for her children if things were to go sour...It's not my place to judge. It's easy to say " pfft I would never put MY kid through that!" but we don't know the situation at all personally, we don't know the thought process that went behind the decision. A friend of a friend years ago did something that shocked me..I couldn't understand how anyone could be...so...horribly brainless! Until I found out the background to the situation, and realized there was much more going on there than it looked on the outside.

On the other side ...Thai Police and all that. They're just doing their job. Yes, it's known that they're corrupt. But they are in the right here. Do I think there should be laws where women are penalized for having sex/doing sex shows?? No, it's none of the law's business what women do as long as it's consensual and not hurting anyone...but that's entirely irrelevant and besides the point. It doesn't matter what we believe, what our culture dictates, what laws our country upholds.. because this was Thailand and it's NOT our country.
We would expect foreigners to respect our laws when they come into our country, whether they agree with them or not..am I right?? Well, then the respect goes both ways. Nobody is forcing camgirls to come to/live in Thailand. The laws are publicly known and if we don't like it, we shouldn't go..or risk getting in trouble. It seems ridiculous to us that they would do a raid because of camming.. but to them that's how it goes. And the prosecution of sex related situations isn't there just completely out of the blue without precedent. Many Westerners/foreign men come to Thailand to exploit and take advantage of young, naive and desperate Thai girls...offering them money for unprotected sex to be filmed... to the point where Thailand is infamous for its young sex workers.

TL;DR version:

-*-We've all made mistakes that were foolish, stupid, selfish, hurtful, mindless, harsh...It's easy to judge other people's mistakes...but remember that other people will find it Just as easy to judge yours...

-*- I think while we can disagree with the laws in Thailand, we need to still respect them.

Sorry that I write so much in one post...I really can't help it...: :crybaby:

This is fun; just a life should be... it will be so enthralling once we get the real details on it all... MAYBE in a BOOK form..

MILA give the LBC (little boys club) the rights to the BOOK and don't write the truth about the inside details; if it means you; the twins and the others can move on in life; where-ever that may be.

THEN you can write a memoir of your life and all the cool skulduggery stuff you rubbed shoulders with; not using names and too much detail; but something good enough for a MOVIE later on.

JamesBond TheSaint and others are waiting for it

NAMASTE and all the best to all of you

@ DrEdward

Regarding JessyRose that is the work of a little shit on MFC called Andrei and is a total load of bullshit, he supplied the false information.
Just check emotes on MFC to see how hated this guy is.

your thought process is old school. in today's society if you don't have anything nice to say, get a twitter account. it's not just here, it's the entire world from military presence in n. korea in the public media to the lonely forum discussing who's going to control your band of warriors when your WOW leader gets married and goes off to live his life. Best thing to do if you don't want to be involved is delete your acct here and go on with your life. Cuz people will always discuss, argue, negotiate, with or without you around.

It sounds like MilaMilan was just traveling to Thailand, and didn't know about the laws regarding pornography there. Anyone who says she deserves this is astonishingly insensitive, and positively vindictive to the point of insanity. So she wrote a book bad mouthing other camgirls? So what? What actually happened to you from her claims? Oh, nothing?

She's facing harsh penalties! I can't believe that anyone would say this is karma.

Any way, I don't know her, and never saw her on camera, but I hope she just gets deported.

Was she only just traveling to Thailand? Because I was wondering why someone would choose to live in a foreign land where her job is illegal? I thought she lived there, but it seems that she actually was traveling.

As a person who plans to go to Japan next Spring, I'm taking this as a cautionary lesson. It's better to learn from others' mistakes rather than your own.

I will have to read up on Japanese laws and make sure of things I can and can't do while camming over there.

Reading all these comments about how she deserved it is really embarrassing. I have secondhand embarrassment because all of you cam girls and misinformed cam girl lovers fail to realize this could happen to ANYONE. This was a freak accident, solely caused by jealousy from either another cam girl or angry Thai people that tipped off the police. Someone tipped off the police because they cared too much.

Someone could turn in ANY of you into your landlord. Yes, running a business from home is generally not tolerated by landlords, and shooting porn from home certainly isn't. Absolutely no landlord would allow that. None. Nor is it welcome in any conservative area even if you are a home owner. You ALL could be in a similar situation if your landlord found out and was pissed off enough about it.

To leave you homeless and start a lawsuit against you by your landlord, all someone would have to do is buy something off your Amazon wishlist (that doesn't ship directly from Amazon) or have you accept a Paypal payment, and then call up to get your name. Even if companies say they won't give out that info, they will and they do. Then, they trace the name or address on a site like Intelius to get all your addresses and relatives, and then out you to all your family and find the information on the owner of your home (your landlord) and call him/her and tell him you do porn from home.

Other sites have talked about this and brought up good examples. A man may approach you for a date, and be angry that you turned him down. He may follow you to your door without your awareness, and then put his ear on the door to spy on you. He hears you filming porn from home. He contacts your landlord and tips him/her off.

Really, its SO EASY to bust any cam girl, but the difference is that most people don't care enough to do so. Unless you make someone angry (which can even happen if you are not trying, like the man who approaches you for a date example), no one has a reason to tip you off.

But blaming Mila for her actions is really no better than what any of you are doing, unless you just so happen to own your home in a very liberal area.

Ah, I guess when I read this article, having never known anything of Mila Milan before, I assumed since she was from Austria that she was just visiting.

At the same time, everything else I said I still stand firm in.

We need to stop being so hateful to people just because of things they've said. :/ Yes, we can get angry and call her a stupid bitch. It's just awful to say that she deserves to rot in prison for the nest 20 years.

I own my own home, and I'm pretty sure my neighbors know what I do (windows were open during two shows, and one of my neighbors is a gossipy front-porch-sitter). I live in a town filled with big trucks with confederate flags blasting Jimmy Buffet from the speakers. They all have George W. Bush, Christianity, and pro-life bumper stickers. My town is super god-fearing, and super conservative. I don't feel threatened at all about getting kicked out of my home over this.

I think the only way someone would be successful in doing this to you is if your HOA specifically forbids adult work/working from home in the contract. Same for a rental situation. It would have to strictly forbid you from doing this in a contract in order for there to be any repercussion such as getting evicted.

Although laws are different everywhere... And I don't even know this for sure about where I live. It's just how I feel and how I think it works. :)

LMAO and what is this about majority of cam girls have only barely finished high school? Yeah, maybe the ones who are still 20 or under that would be true because enough time has not passed in order for them to graduate college. But this is not true. Most cam girls I know have gone to college. I personally attended grad school.

Newsflash: Cam girls have MORE time and MORE money to actually be able to afford college when compared to the average person, therefore making them MORE likely to attend college versus the average person.

In addition, many cam girls or pornstars postpone their education until AFTER their adult career has ended because they are aware of the importance of interning. In the 1990s and before, interning was not nearly as important because of low competition for jobs. High competition for few positions has made it so employers practically require someone with intern experience because it sets them apart from the other 1,000 applicants with the same resume. And interning is basically pointless if you don't plan to immediately enter this new career field full time (which cam girls or pornstars DON'T want to do because they are still making good money from their adult work), because getting a job in your chosen field is all about recent work experience and using the networking connections you've made. Majority of internships are ONLY available to students in their junior or senior year (school credit is how they get away with legally not paying interns), so why even bother finishing your degree yet if you don't plan to use it right away?

Lastly, college does not equate with success. That whole thing about how the more college you attend and degrees you rack up, the more money you'll make, well its a lie. Motivation is the determining factor, and obviously those who finish more schooling are more motivated. But that's not to say you couldn't be just as motivated as an entrepreneur (camming or porn), and be just as or more successful than someone with a degree.

What is this thread? Wow I have gotten so many laughs out of it due to misinformation, stereotypes, and hypocracy. But its too filled with misinformation to make a trip back to read it or comment again.

Right and let's remember for a moment that of course she could never have known it was illegal because she was paying tax on her camming incoming the whole time, right? Oh wait, she didn't pay tax on her illegal business? In fact she would have had to use her 'legitimate' businesses to explain camming income sources, essentially laundering the money (funny, that's what she accused some studios of lol).

I'm NOT saying she deserves the penalty coming her way, but I love how she's found running a highly profitable illegal business, laundering the money, in possession of drugs and people are quick to suggest we should give her the benefit of the doubt, while the Thai police on the other hand... Well they don't get the benefit of the doubt, we just assume they're corrupt and weren't bribed sufficiently.

I realise some people will think I'm picking on her, but I've found from experience that life is much simpler when you obey the rules. If she'd paid tax, and moved to a country where her job was legal instead of actually moving to where it isn't, then she wouldn't have made as much money or lived so well, but she would also have been free to enjoy it. She chose high risk/high reward it seems, and it caught up.

Also, I want a pornstar intern.

Oh lordy some people to need to read before posting.

I'll probably get a whip lashing from the " She's one of us brigade " but saying it's a freak accident, inhuman, unjust or whatever is like living in cloud cuckoo land and does not mask the fact Mila was breaking a law that even I knew about for at least 2 years. She was on borrowed time from the day she started camming/ making porn.
There will always be one fish in the food chain that wants more food than you can give or your food can't buy their aspirations.
Mila knew that risk, took it and eventually paid the price.

I'm not being judgmental of her actions but facts are facts and a severely punishable law has been broken.
It would be nice to think her and her co-defendants do not serve custodial sentences but I'd be surprised if they do not.

Damn you lot are quick, 5 posts appeared since i started to compose this

yes I agree, bottom line is she was making a very high income in a very poor country, illegally, and paying no tax on it. Everything else aside, that's not exactly upstanding behaviour.

Am I the only one who is most disturbed by the fact that she tried to go for top 20 immediately after her twins were born?

I hate to say this, but I hope her children find a good home. And no, I don't think Mila is a fit parent. From the way it looks to me, it seems she cares more about luxury and money than her children.

And yes, I don't know all the details. All I know is that she put her child at risk by knowingly making porn in an extremely anti-porn country so she could live luxuriously, and then as soon as she had more children, decided to throw herself into her career instead of taking care of her newly borns.

I don't want to see her spend the rest of her life in prison. I hope she is deported and can find some psychological help/rehab (assuming the drugs weren't planted, of course). And that her children find a stable home and she can see them/visit them/be in their lives in some way.
