My account was recently banned, and I’m reaching out desperately because I currently have over $800 worth of tokens in my account that I am unable to cash out
I understand that I may have violated the TOS, and I am so so sorry. I have read and reviewed the rules and understand what I need to change going forward. I completely understand if my account cannot be reinstated, but I am urgently asking whether I can still receive the funds I had in my account.
I am currently homeless and was depending on this money to help me get housing, so this money is extremely important to me right now.
Please let me know if there is any way to process my existing payout or if I am able to get access to my account back. If there are any verification steps I need to complete that’s fine as well. I am willing to provide whatever information is necessary.
