Я долгое время не работала и недавно решила войти в свой аккаунт, но не смогла ввести пароль, хотя была уверена, что он правильный.
После этого я решил просто открыть свой профиль, не входя в систему, и обнаружил, что мой аккаунт заблокирован. Однако я не получил никакого электронного письма или уведомления о блокировке моего аккаунта.
Не могли бы вы объяснить, что произошло и почему мой аккаунт был заблокирован?

Hello,
I had not worked for a long time and recently decided to log into my account, but I was unable to enter my password even though I was sure it was correct.
After that, I decided to simply open my profile without logging in and discovered that my account had been blocked. However, I have not received any email or notification informing me about the suspension of my account.
Could you please help me understand what happened and why my account was blocked?
