With all the posts that are so rampant recently with "I was banned but they didn't tell me WHYYYYY", I feel like it just needs to be said.

The sites we work on are not our employers, we are contractors. They are private companies that provide a platform for us to use. It's like renting a booth at a swap meet or farmer's market - we run our room how we want, but if it is upsetting the owners of the place, you are no longer welcome. They ALLOW us to use their site, until they find something that gives them reason for not doing so. They do NOT need to give detail about their reasons about...
