my account was banned and i have no idea why

hey @punker barbie i really need your help please. i made a new account late last week on CB (@imselenastone) and out of nowhere my account was banned the next day and they even banned my old account. i had no idea it was against TOS to make a new account and i never ever would've done anything to violate the rules because i really wanted to make streaming work. i bought tokens and added them to my account so i can promote my first stream and had a pretty great first stream and i was super excited to sign back in and out of nowhere i saw the ban and i have been super down about it. ive tried everything but the official support thread hasn't unbanned me yet. i have no idea if i did anything wrong but i was clothed and just doing my makeup and didnt say anything that wouldve been bad im super super confused and really hope you can help me by reviewing my acc because i so want to make this work. the day before i even bought a new laptop and a new camera and mic so i can start to take this seriously and i was so excited after my first stream. any review would mean so much to me because i want to make this work so bad, my old account is @selenastoneee . thank you so much for your time i really appreciate all that you do

hi @punker barbie thank you so much for the quick response i really appreciate it. i saw the support's response but they just said that i was banned for "a suspected serious violation of Chaturbate terms" and that it can't be appealed and im genuinely confused as to what i could've done that was severe. the only thing that crosses my mind was one of the viewers asked me for my snapchat in the PMs and i gave him my snapchat and pretty much immediately got a pop up warning saying that it cant be done and never did it again. Im super new to this and had no idea that i was breaking tos because i saw other streamers sharing their socials with banners and i immediately stopped as soon as i saw the pop up and never would've dared to do it again. the only other thing i can see as a possible serious thing is that i don't see the 79.99$ charge for the tokens i used to promote my account on my bank statement. i checked and i dont see the charge and i even got an email saying refund/credit for the purchase has been granted. im not sure why it got refunded but i attached the email screenshot here. the support hasn't reiterated why i got banned but these are the only two things i can think of. if its #1 i swear i had no idea that i couldn't do that and i promise that it would never ever happen again and if it was because of my debit card i have no idea why the charge doesnt appear or why i got this email crediting me back. i would never ever charge it back if thats what you guys think may have happened. please im begging you to have someone review me more thoroughly because i never consciously meant to do anything wrong and am at a loss as to what to do now because i super want to make CB work. i really hope you can pull through for me becuase im banking on this working so much

hey @punker barbie i just wanted to bump this in case it slipped through the cracks. ive attempted to message support but they've been responding with a blanket ban response and it's pretty devastating as i was relying on making this work for me and am at a loss. i genuinely am confused as to what i did that is deserving of a permanent ban with no reconsideration and i obviously beg for a second chance but even more i would just like to know what i did wrong because i never intended on breaking the rules and feel so stupid and helpless for not have gotten help or taught how to do streams beforehand. i seriously beg for a chance or a rereview i genuinely am so lost and have lost the motivation to get out of bed each morning as i prepped to make this work, quit my job, and bought all the equipment on my credit card with full belief that i could make it happen. please please please help me understand where i went wrong because im so confused

It generally sucks, but you agreed to their terms upon use of their platform. They sometimes won't offer any reason. Might want to start looking at other sites.
