I received a note saying, "Please submit a Passport."
Since I only have an ID and a Driver’s License, is there any way to resolve this issue?

In the email:
"Unfortunately, the submitted identification has not been accepted. You will need to complete the age verification process using a current, recent, and valid international passport."

"Please let us know once you have submitted the ID so that we can assist you further. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy."

They told you what they need from you. Get a passport if you wish to use their services.
