So this issue started about 2 months ago when I went to log in, but was greeted with a notice that my account was banned. After over a week of emailing support every day, I finally got a response. They said I was banned for reports that I was offering escort services, but that I would be unbanned in 10 days. I was very frustrated at this point. Knowing for certain that was not true left me at the conclusion, that whoever reported that, was just trying to sabotage my account. It was scandalous and offensive. The worst part... CB banned me, ignored me for a week, and punished me with a 10 day suspension, before I was even aware what was going on. I expressed my feelings and concern about that situation in a couple emails, that no one ever acknowledged or responded to. After the suspension was over I had to call billing support to finally get it lifted. Just a couple days later, my account was banned again. Since then I have reached out to CB support, Multimedia LLC, and left numerous messages and emails pretty much begging for help with my issue. I feel left out, unfairly treated, unappreciated and confused. I have no idea what I did to deserve to be ignored, rejected, and slandered but I would really appreciate some help. I have lots of fans and loved using Chaturbate. I read about @punker barbie and hope she can read this post. This has been an ongoing issue for like 6 weeks.
