New account problem. Please advise.

A friend has started a new account but hasn't started broadcasting yet.
She can't begin for a week because she just not ready, but she thinks the account has been started by accident and she's worried because if it has she will miss the promo-period.

What happened is this:

She put up her profile and all the statuses on the profile admin page showed OK.
She didn't click the start button to start broadcasting.

I sent her a small offline tip so that when she started she would have something to begin with but now the model_home page has changed.

Instead of delivering up the profile admin page the home page comes up with model news.
To see the profile admin page she has to click the start button on the model home page.

Her camscore has also changed.

Does this mean her account is now running and her promo-period started?

She can't ask MFC herself because she's not confident in the language and the only other person she can ask is unavailable having been involved in a car accident.

I'm trying to help.

Can anyone advise?

Why? Tell her to read it. If her English isn't sufficient to understand most of the MFC wiki, which is written in pretty simple English, she won't be successful on the site anyway. :twocents-02cents:

And what better way to improve your English than to use it? We have quite a few girls here who are not native speakers, and many of them like chatting on the forum as a way to help improve their knowledge of camming and English at the same time!

Google chrome also translates most pages automatically and its pretty readable (for english at least).
there are also lots of websites and apps she can use if that doesnt work.
If she cant manage basic research and using the internet doing things for herself, camming wont go well.
