Hi recently we received an update on our account Booty_N_The_beast saying that within a certain number of days we will need to re-upload our ID via the new verification system.
So we did that.
Our account was already age verified and active. No rules broken or anything. We used the same passport as we used in our initial verification submission a year ago.
But after 20 minutes of processing, the account was banned.
I have sent numerous emails to support, but they keep sending the same generic email response "as we trust you're aware...." etc etc.
Please @punker barbie can you help.
The emails no longer seem to have support ticket numbers anymore either. But I did reply to one of their emails that did have a support ticket number "[Chaturbate] 20448049 - Letter from Chaturbate"
