No reply from chaturbate for 11 days

Hello good day to you @punker barbie I just would love to ask for a help it’s been 11 days since chaturbate hasn’t responded anything on me the reason is they ban my account for exposing information on clients where i literally didn’t do any of those accusations and I would never do those kind of acts in the site that will ruin my source of income I’m wishing they would reinstate my account back cause this is my bread and butter in life I hope to hear any reply from them my user name on cb is Vanetika_urgoddessxx thank you

FYI, creating new threads about the same issue will only slow down the whole process. Edit to add, that it's also the weekend, I wouldn't expect any replies from their notification account until the next business day (Monday) at the earliest. It is completely normal for Chaturbate to support to sometimes take up to two weeks, or more to reply.

I emailed CB on 18 and got a response today. They say that the tickets are faster than support email. I got both response 2 days after for DCMA and someone pretending to be me
