would say no, crash maybe. But neither should happen unless something takes more cpu/memory power then normal or random conflict with something else running or that you changed doing while broadcasting

Not normal but it does happen. shutting it off and restarting it takes care of that problem.

I do have to say that most of the time it is the connection between OBS servers and CBs servers that cause that.

I think it might be crashing because all the FPS move on obs and bitrate just the video freezing
