My account's name is dickus_biggus. My old passport expired, and i have been trying to upload my new one. Unfortunately i have been stuck trying to upload the "Selfie" required for the finalisation of the verification. Passport is accepted all in all attempts but not the "selfie". I have done so many attempts, following the instructions to the letter everytime, but i now get the message "You have uploaded too many ids recently, please try again later." I have also wrote an email to support but i havent generated any ticket number yet. Is it possible to resolve this dead-end? @punker barbie Thank you in advance.
