This is a very tough question to answer. From my experience working with models from Africa the available pay out methods on most sites are not good for African models or the account making process has requirements many cannot meet. I work with models from Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and Zimbabwe. Other than BongaCams and Streammate (if you can make it thru the account sign up and verification) I do not know of others African models use.
