Overcharged during a private show

Hello,

I was recently overcharged during a private show and nearly all of my tokens were drained. I have already submitted a ticket on 3/27 and have not heard back yet.

Here are the full details:

• Username: kronder22
• Model: wandadoll
• Date/Time: March 27 at approximately 11:26 AM PT
• Starting balance: 1364 tokens
• Ending balance: 2 tokens
• Duration: about 25 minutes
• Rate: 18 tokens per minute

Based on the rate and duration, the total should have been around 450 tokens. However, nearly all of my tokens were deducted.

After reviewing the token stats more closely, I noticed abnormal billing behavior:

• Charges initially appeared normal (-3 tokens 6 times per minute)
• Midway through the session, deductions began occurring much more frequently than expected
• In the final minute, there were approximately 53 separate -3 token charges

I also experienced some technical issues:

• The live stream had occasional brief freezing
• The recording of the session contains significant stuttering and out-of-order playback

This appears to be a technical or billing error. I would appreciate it if you could review this session and refund any incorrectly deducted tokens.
