Hi ! anyone else lost two days ago card FUNDSTR - mastercard by Paxum ( NOT Unionpay) ? it just vanished from account of my friend and money on it were moved back to paxum account...
i heard a lot of people use it in Europe, so wonder why everyone is silent about this .Support replied that cards r not any more supported for ALL clients....
WHy noone else talks about it?

And have you used the card? If you don't use the card for a while, they delete it. It's in the terms and conditions.

I had 2 cards on Paxum and I kept one as a backup. I had no idea that if I didn't use it, they would disable it after a certain period of time. It's a stupid condition. They charged me a fee of around $3 every month, but I still kept it as a backup. Then I was surprised that they deleted it. If you don't use the card, it's possible that it's the same problem that happened to me.

A month ago I had to enter Ičo in my profile. So I think the one who didn't do it, it's possible they canceled the card. The time limit was 30 days. It was for people who didn't enter Ičo or the number you use for the tax office
 
Hi, what do you think? I think it's nonsense, but just to be sure, I wrote on Paxum to see if what Caf13 wrote here is true.
Thanks for reply !!! card was used last time 2 days ago....... all was fine and suddenly it dissapeared from account and support told that These cards r not working any more. Friend who owns card is from Poland..... i try to understand whats going on ....

Tell please - do u see that card in account? NOT Unionpay but Mastercard FUNDSTR
 
I have the card and it still works. I am from the Czech Republic.
Last month I was contacted by noreply@fundstr.com that I had to submit a tax or other number etc. and I also had to resubmit my current address, I set everything up. I wrote to Paxum what kind of company it is. Paxum replied Please note that Fundstr is our official issuer of prepaid MasterCard cards.
So I have everything set up and I had 30 days to do it.
The card still works for me.
I wrote to Paxum support whether it is true what you stated here. Because Paxum is always solid and whenever the cards expired they warned in advance and immediately informed me to arrange a new card.

I'm waiting for a response from Paxum. I'm waiting to hear back. Is it possible that your friend entered the information late? I had 30 days to do so.

im waiting for her to reply me ..... im also shocked because NOONE wrote on forum that they got email from FUNDSTR ... what is going on , omd....

Did she also have to upload an address document? Electricity bill or bank statement. I sent a garbage receipt with the amount and my name and address, paid at the City Hall

she just filled Tax certification form as everyone..... she did that to PAXUM, but not to FUNDSTR , im shocked... r u sure that FUNDSTR really emailed u ???? such possible??? and when was it?
 
wait a min . u did BOTH - 1. tax form on PAXUM + 2. email from FUNDSTR? and to both u sent info? or u didnt get form on paxum to fill?

Then I entered my home address again. After 2 days, fundstr.com contacted me and said they don't accept proof of address like a passport or ID card. So I uploaded a proof of payment for waste. Then everything was fine. So I did this procedure.

So your friend obviously didn't have time to do it within 30 days.
 
Hi, I got a message from Paxum. Are you sure that's what happened? You wrote that. Support replied that the cards are no longer supported for ALL clients.
They didn't write me anything like that. So it looks like your friend didn't make it by the given deadline. Paxum just won't delete the card.
But I took a breath, you scared me a little with your question. I'm glad they answered me and I don't have to worry.
They replied that they can't provide information for another person, I understand that. I was just wondering if that's true. Will your friend have to contact Paxum.com.

The reason for deleting the card is that the client did not use the card.
Another reason may be that the client did not meet the conditions for uploading documents. Paxum is not obliged to notify that the card was deleted.
If the card was banned in Poland, Paxum would probably have known in advance.
But I think Poland and the Czech Republic have the same conditions, since they are in the European Union.
So, overall, it's strange about your friend.

My friend checked her emails attentively and found out that she didnt notice email from FUNDSTR !!
You know, its hard to live when we r not so attentive as you are, so we skip important emails...

Důvodem smazání je, že klient kartu nepoužíval.
jiný důvod může být, že klient nesplnil podmínky pro nahrání dokumentů. Paxum není povinen informovat o smazání karty.
Pokud by byla karta v Polsku zakázána, Paxum by o tom pravděpodobně věděl předem.
Ale myslím si, že Polsko a Česká republika mají stejné podmínky, protože jsou v Evropské unii.
Takže celkově je to s tvým přítelem divné.
Můžeš ti poslat zprávu o tom, co Paxum napsal?

It's fine. I didn't know that this company issued cards either. I only found out about it from Paxum.
