Paxum verified my passport + bank statement, now wants Stripchat dashboard screenshots — where do I find this info?

Hi everyone,


Paxum already accepted my passport and bank statement for identity verification. But they've since messaged me (both in-app and via email) asking for screenshots of my Stripchat dashboard showing my full name, date of birth, email, and total earnings since profile creation.


My Stripchat account is verified, but the Documents tab just says personal info is hidden for security once approved — I can't find name/DOB/email displayed anywhere else on the dashboard either. I'm also a new model with zero earnings so far.


Has anyone dealt with this? Specifically:

• Where did you find your name/DOB/email on the Stripchat dashboard?
• Did Paxum accept the passport/bank statement as sufficient instead?

Are you sure this is an email from paxum and not a phishing email?
Stripchat hides those details, and as far as I know they wont be shown anywhere, also I have never had paxum ask me for screenshots from any of my accounts. If paxum does require screenshots from stripchat now @Stella_SC might have heard about it since I would think it would have caused a rise in support tickets about the issue.

i've seen paxum do that for chaturbate before.....not that last question though...is there a spot on stripchat that shows total earnings since profile creation?

No it was genuine ticket generated by the Paxum. I mailed SC about this and they provided model agreement which includes all the details, So I just replied Paxum support with model agreement as an attachment and ID used for verification on their website. Within hour they completed my verification.

There is, on the Earnings tab. You can set a custom period--from one day to lifetime.
