Hello, my user on CB is /NandaMonroe and I’ve been streaming for about a month, I’m age verified and I did everything the website asked to set my account. When I tried to have my first payout, CB emailed me saying they’re holding my payment because I “asked the payee to be someone not age verified” which it isn’t true… I am only providing my own information to get paid, and I’ve been trying to solve this problem sending prints and begging for help which is ridiculous… and the support is not being helpful at all… it’s very frustrating because since the beginning I am doing everything right to get paid.
I updated my information once again, and one more time the same problem… I really don’t know what to do and a robotic support doesn’t seem to help at all
