My username is cloudemy. After my former studio was permanently banned, my account became independent, but token conversion remained restricted.
I have now gone three consecutive payout periods without receiving my earnings. My balance is 200,489 tokens ($10,024.45), while other models from the same studio have already received their payments and had their restrictions lifted.
Could you please look into my case and clarify why my earnings remain unpaid?
